Romy Cahyadi is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Instellar Impact, an Indonesia-based impact consulting firm that accelerates social innovation through incubation, advisory, and investment in mission-driven enterprises. With more than two decades of experience, he specializes in building impact ecosystems and supporting social entrepreneurs in scaling their business and impact.

Under his leadership, Instellar Impact has supported over 500 impact-driven businesses across Indonesia and beyond. They partner with international development agencies, corporations, and impact investors to design and implement impact initiatives across Asia. In 2023, Instellar Impact became the first impact consulting firm in Indonesia to be certified as a B Corporation.

Romy began his career by co-founding an education consulting company in 2002 which provides educational programs for schools in remote areas of Indonesia. He later expanded his work to support purpose-driven organizations, drawing on both local experience and best practices from United Kingdom and Europe.

A recognized thought leader in the impact sector, Romy is a frequent speaker at international forums. He currently serves as Chairman of the Indonesia Impact Alliance, where he works with key actors to strengthen the impact investing ecosystem.
