  • Founder, Armore Collective
  • Director, xchange

Love Gregorie M. Perez or Greg is the Founder of Armore Collective, a conscious fashion brand and growing platform reimagining how clothes are designed, produced, and worn. Rooted in four sustainable commitments, Armore is ethically made in the Philippines, creating pathways for growth and social mobility for the craftspeople behind each garment, embraces slow fashion over trends, uses natural fabrics such as linen and organic cotton, and reduces waste through pre-ordering, scrap fabric reuse, and a tailored-to-fit production model. Tailored-to-fit is a response to the consumer problem of fit, a widespread yet underserved consumer problem. Greg envisions Armore as part of a broader shift toward a fashion ecosystem where sustainability and ethical production are the norm, not the exception.

In addition to founding Armore, Greg currently serves as Director of xchange, where she works at the intersection of innovation, partnerships, and ecosystem building. She brings experience in impact investing, supporting ventures that generate both financial returns and measurable social outcomes. A strong advocate for women empowerment, she is committed to expanding access to capital, leadership opportunities, and economic mobility for women across industries.

Greg completed the IE Brown Executive MBA, a global program offered by IE Business School and Brown University, where she deepened her expertise in strategy, leadership, and systems change. She is passionate about equipping the next generation of designers and entrepreneurs with the mindset and tools to build ventures that are both creatively excellent and structurally transformative.
