  • Executive Director, Indonesia Impact Alliance (IIA)

Atika is the inaugural Executive Director of the Indonesia Impact Alliance (IIA), a role she officially assumed in January 2025, after serving as a Board Member since the organization’s founding in 2023. Her career spans over 12 years, beginning in capital markets and corporate finance in 2013 before transitioning into early-stage and impact investment.

Prior to leading IIA, Atika was the Investment Director at ANGIN, a capital advisory firm supporting early stage investment in Indonesia starting in 2022, following her earlier role as Impact Investment Lead since 2018. Throughout her journey in ANGIN, Atika has led numerous investment transactions to startups and innovative SMEs across sectors such as F&B, agriculture, circular economy, education technology, and climate technology. Atika has also involved in various strategy consulting and research projects in impact investment topics, including gender lens investing and climate.

Atika is passionate about bridging people and building capacity, both for investors seeking to create impact and entrepreneurs striving for growth. She holds a Master’s in Business Strategy and Social Enterprises from the University of New South Wales, awarded through the Australia Awards Scholarship, and a bachelor’s degree from Prasetiya Mulya University.
